On 18 June at 14:00, the online workshop “Le autorizzazioni notarili di volontaria giurisdizione” took place, organised in cooperation with the project Extra-Judicial Administration of Justice in Cross-Border Family and Succession Matters (CODE.FS).
During the meeting, Professors Elena Bargelli and Giulia Donadio were able to interview three distinguished guests Claudio Calderoni (Presidente del Consiglio Notarile di Pisa), Gianluca Giovannini (Presidente del Consiglio Notarile di Livorno) and Massimo Palazzo (Presidente del Consiglio Notarile dei Distretti Riuniti di Firenze, Pistoia e Prato).
The workshop produced important research results aimed at understanding the effectiveness of the recent reform of the procedural system and its concrete implementation.
