Save the date: wednesday 27th of november, Università di Torino will host the EnAVA project Workshop “La tutela processuale degli adulti vulnerabili” both online and in person (see the flyer below for more details).
The workshop will be divided into several sessions, with the first part dedicated to the presentation of the PRIN 2022 research project, followed by a discussion on the outcomes of the research conducted at the local unit in Turin. During the event, issues related to current protection measures for vulnerable adults will be discussed in depth and innovative solutions to improve their autonomy and legal protection will be proposed. In addition to the members of the local unit, the workshop will be attended by Dr. Roberta Dotta, President of the IX Civil Section of the Court of Turin, who will offer a practical look at the protection instruments for vulnerable adults, based on the experience of practitioners. After the presentations, there will be ample time for an open debate with the audience.
The workshop represents a unique opportunity to engage with experts from the legal, academic and social fields, in a moment of exchange and reflection that will allow the results of academic research to be juxtaposed with practical experience in the field.
